In 2014 Ryan received the Curtin Business School Excellence Scholarship and began studying a Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University.
In 2016 he graduated with a Distinction in Economics and Finance and is a member of the Vice Chancellor’s List (2015).
Ryan has proven to be someone who embraces the unknown and is not afraid to give anything and everything a try. During the course of his studies, Ryan was involved with the Curtin Wall Street Club and in 2016 became President, helping shape the club to become one of the most successful Commerce clubs at Curtin.
During the winter of 2016, Ryan received a scholarship from the Mannkal Economic Education Foundation which enabled him to work in Wellington, New Zealand for a taxpayers’ union. Of course, he insisted that had to go both bungee jumping and skydiving! Later that year Ryan went on to complete a 13 day trek to Everest Base Camp in Nepal.
Ryan begun his career as a tax consultant for a Big 4, before moving into a wealth management role for an investment bank. He loves superannuation and everything personal finance!
