The John Curtin Gallery, situated at Curtin’s Bentley Campus, is one of Western Australia’s major public art galleries, and one of the largest and best-equipped university galleries in Australia. Through a year-round program of exhibitions, events, workshops and talks, its mission is to bring its audiences, both within Curtin University and well beyond, opportunities to experience and critically engage with the visual culture of our time.
The Gallery’s art collection was established in 1968, and has steadily grown over the past 50 years. The Gallery relies heavily on sponsorship funding to enable them to stage major exhibitions and to continue to grow their collection. Without the support of donations, partnerships and sponsorships, the Gallery’s annual program would be severely restricted.
