2018 marks 50 years since the establishment of Curtin University’s art collection and 20 years since the creation of the John Curtin Gallery (JCG), which was built to showcase this culturally significant collection. To celebrate these anniversaries and to support its future growth and success, JCG will be harnessing the power of collective giving through its inaugural donor circle – the JCG Founders’ Club.
What members can expect
As a Founders’ Club member, your generosity and commitment will be recognised and celebrated in the following ways:
- invitations to an annual reception and exclusive special events including behind-the-scenes tours and the chance to meet visiting artists
- exclusive lapel pin
- the inclusion of your name on the Founders’ Club plaque and on an online honour roll.
Become a member
Each Club member is asked to commit to a minimum donation of $1,000 annually over three years (totalling $3,000).
By coming together and combining their support, Founders’ Club members will create a continuous source of funding for priority programs including development of the collection, expanded community engagement programs and access opportunities for a wider and more diverse range of audiences. As a member, you will be joining a select circle of like-minded donors, whose significant and sustained support will profoundly enhance the Gallery’s ability to make a positive impact in the community. It is hoped that this visible commitment to the JCG will continue to inspire you to be actively involved in the life of the Gallery.
