Curtin Singapore is excited to announce the next Thought Leaders Seminar, Business resilience and technology, presented by Ruma Balasubramanian, formerly Chief Transformation Officer Asia Pacific, Japan & China (APJC) at Cisco.
Ruma and her team have been responsible for shaping and accelerating initiatives that support the largest enterprises in the world on their transformation journey to digital. Ruma’s role spanned four major programs of work. Under her leadership, her teams offered innovative services that enabled customers to gain more value from software, solutions and infrastructure across the full lifecycle.
As digital transformation has taken on a new meaning during the COVID-19 global crisis, we have seen across industry sectors that companies are leveraging technology to future-proof their organisations and ensure that their business is able to handle the challenges of an overnight switch to working from home. IT is at the heart of every company’s business resilience imperative, but its role has evolved from helping a company to run better and faster, to transforming its overall business strategy. Equally important is technology’s contribution to the customer and employee experience.
During this session, we will explore how organisations are taking this journey in a pandemic and post-pandemic world, how they are prioritising their customers and employees, and how partnerships are the vital ingredient to coming out of this crisis stronger and more resilient.
Please register by Thursday 19 November.
