Have you ever wondered how large organisations can embrace and drive change?

Gain an insider’s perspective into one of Australia’s largest sporting industries on Thursday 28 November and hear from Grant White, General Manager, Membership & Museum of the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA).

Grant will explore a number of recent managerial challenges faced by the WACA, and discuss how the organisation was able to drive industry change by creating new opportunities within WA’s cricketing context, such as the move to Optus Stadium and the introduction of a women’s cricket team – all while leading up to the 2019 Big Bash.

The evening will include a Q&A session, followed by networking over light refreshments. We hope you can make it!
